The hotel location is excellent and is within easy walking to the old town. Sea View rooms have awesome views and a large balcony. Excellent amenities - on site restaurant with rotating cuisine from around the globe, pool and cabanas. Very helpful staff with great attitude. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at the Rixos hotel in Dubrovnik for a week for a short holiday. Our rating: downright excellent in just about all aspects. Excellent service (reception, airport transport, restaurant and all conceivable facilities). The staff was very helpful, and the contacts beforehand (via email) and during our stay were very smooth and professional. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority here. A big congratulations to the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff we came into contact with. And... last but not least: Dubrovnik is more than worth a visit of a few days.

Short Stay in Paradise

It was a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. It's close to the old town, only about 15/20 minutes walk away. I'll definitely be looking to stay again, Dubrovnik is amazing and the hotel itself was lovely.

Exceptional stay at the Rixos A beautiful hotel with amazing amenities, the sea view rooms are beautiful with the most breathtaking views. The spa area and indoor heated pool Are to a high standard and very relaxing. Staff members are all very courteous and especially Karlo who really went out of his way to help us and took time Out to advise us of where to visit. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of variety I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly come back.

Great Accor Group hotel near old town

Good quality large hotel built 15 years ago. Service is exceptional (special mention to my butler Serjan). Teppanyaki restaurant top quality. Close proximity to Old Town and many restaurants. Pools are large, bars are plentiful and would come back again
